On Friday I took a quick turnaround job that will pay me $7500 at least, and as much as twice that (depends on how speedy). I plan on being done by the end of the week, which is entirely doable as long as I put in some long hours.

The problem though is that I haven't been taking any days off. My life has been all work, and a minimum of play. It's great for my bottom line, but I'm not really having any fun. I'm not getting to exercise my creative bits, I'm not getting to see all the people that matter, and I'm not getting laid (*sigh*).

The attempt at a dating life isn't really panning out. The long distance hottie wants to sleep with me, but I need to book a flight so it's not like we a weekend quicky is possible short of large amounts of inconvenience/cost. We've got solid plans for after the new year, but it's just sex. She doesn't want kids, so she doesn't get to keep me. Anyone ever heard me talk about my stance on FWB relationships? Yeah, please ignore my hypocrisy. The cute RN was a great fit (on almost all fronts), but it turns out she was 3 months out of an 8 year relationship and went back to her ex (who cheated on her). The hot redhead girl at the mini-mart is married, which makes me sad.

Yeah, so All work and no play makes Booty something something.

I need a change soon. The stagnation will kill me if I don't.
